1. Booking and Payments

Reservations can be made through our website, phone, or email.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods specified on our website.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

For a full refund, cancellation must be made within the first 24 hours after the reservation for the activity.

A full refund will be made for cancellation of the activity due to weather conditions and in the event that the client becomes ill, in which case the client must show a medical certificate proving that he or she is unable to do the activity.

Only 30 percent of the total amount paid will be refunded after 24 hours have passed since the reservation was made.

No refund will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.

3. Changes to Bookings

Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Any changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

4. Service Provision

We reserve the right to alter or cancel any tour, transfer, or excursion due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, mechanical failures, or local laws.

In the event of cancellation by Esly Transfer Tours, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Liability

Esly Transfer Tours is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the use of our services.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to undertake the tour, transfer, or excursion.

6. Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and considerately to all, including other passengers, our staff, and local residents.

Esly Transfer Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any passenger from a tour or transfer due to disruptive or dangerous behavior, with no refund.

7. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and any disputes will be resolved in the local jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
