IMPORTANT NOTE: Most hotels in Punta Cana have their own in-house excursion vendors. To boost their own sales, they typically don’t allow third-party companies or tour operators—whether booking online or in person—to operate on their premises. That said, as part of the all-inclusive service, these hotels are still obligated to transport guests to the main entrance, where they can be picked up by us or other operators. This policy applies only to excursions.
